Force Majeure
Force Majeure Event shall mean any cause preventing Eunethydis International Conferences from performing any or all of its obligations which arise from or is attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond reasonable control of Eunethydis International Conferences so prevented including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the party so prevented or of any other party), act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or sub-contractors.
If the 3rd Eunethydis International Conference is impacted by a Force Majeure Event then the organisers will have no liability for any costs direct or in-direct, incurred by delegates booking on to the event. The organisers shall make all reasonable efforts to organise an alternative conference and inform delegates as such. Additional costs for individual delegates may be incurred if this happens and the organisers will not be liable for these.
