Thank you for your interest in our sponsorship opportunities. The Conference Scientific Programme Committee offers various options for sponsorship by pharmaceutical and other industry related companies.

The total value of a sponsor’s contribution will fall into one of the following categories – platinum, gold, silver and bronze . We appreciate all sponsorship contributions and we look forward to collaborating with you to add additional scientific value to the conference.

The following opportunities are offered for sponsorship:

  • Welcome reception (Wednesday 21st May 2014).

(Conference registration fees are not included as sponsorship items)

Please note, the Conference Scientific Programme Committee respectfully ask that no other industry meetings are organised with conference delegates during the conference e.g. advisory boards, workshops, project review meetings, evening meetings (although organised dinners are acceptable). It is in the interest of all parties for our delegates to be encouraged to actively participate in the scientific programme, as fully as possible, for the duration of the conference and, also, to attend the organised industry sessions which are an important and  integral part of the main scientific programme. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Platinum sponsors will be given 1st choice of sponsorship items until 30th November 2013
Platinum sponsors will be offered:

  • 1st choice of symposium slot
  • 1st choice of exhibition space
  • Acknowledgement in all conference publications
  • Opportunity to promote their symposium/other activities the day before and on the day of their event (roll up banners, posters, other items to be agreed with Conference Scientific Programme Committee)
  • List of conference delegates 1 month before the conference (end of April 2014) and a final list of delegates after the conference
  • Opportunity to propose additional sponsorship ideas/initiatives
  • Full page company or product advertisement, prominent position in final conference programme and abstract book.

Gold sponsors will be given second choice of sponsorship items, following sponsorship requirements of the platinum sponsors (by 30th November 2013)

  • Acknowledgement in all conference publications
  • Opportunity to promote their symposium/other activities on the day of their event (3 roll up banners, 3 posters, other items to be agreed with the Conference Scientific Programme Committee)
  • List of conference delegates 1 month before the conference (end of April 2014) and a final list of delegates after the conference
  • Half page company or product advertisement, prominent position in final conference programme and abstract book.

Silver sponsors will be given third choice of sponsorship items

  • Acknowledgement in all conference publications
  • Opportunity to promote their symposium/other activities on the day of their event (3 roll up banners, 3 posters, other items to be agreed with the Conference Scientific Programme Committee)
  • List of conference delegates 1 month before the conference (end of April 2014) and a final list of delegates after the conference.

All remaining sponsorship items will be offered on a ‘first come, first served’ basis’

  • Acknowledgement in all conference publications
  • List of conference delegates 1 month before the conference (end of April 2014) and a final list of delegates after the conference.

EXHIBITION SPACE

to download the exhibition floor plan and exhibitor’s manual. This document is intended
to provide sponsors with practical information and regulations on the industry exhibition. It will be updated as further information becomes available to the Organiser, and as plans for the conference evolve.  Thank you to all prospective sponsors

Space rental is €575 per square metre, fee includes:

  • Stand area
  • 5 exhibitor badges
  • Acknowledgement in conference promotional material.

Sponsors are responsible for organising all other items for their exhibition, including insurance.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIA
€40,000

Satellite symposia should be organised in consultation with the Conference Programme Committee (to ensure synergy and added value to the scientific programme). Deadline for symposia agendas to be submitted is 1st March 2014.

The symposia offered are for 60 minutes . Price includes the following:

  • Provision of a room (up to 500 pax)*
  • Supply of basic technical equipment in the room
  • Publishing of symposium programme in the final conference programme
  • 3 roll up banners/3 posters being displayed (to be produced by the sponsors) on the day of the symposium (for Platinum Sponsors, these may be displayed the day before their symposium)

Lunch boxes will be provided to all delegates as part of the Main Conference but if sponsor’s wish to make alternative arrangements for the provision of lunch at their symposium then this can be organised with the conference centre catering team. Details of how to do this will be provided nearer the time.

*Other rooms with a larger capacity may be available. A further room hire charge will be cross-charged to the sponsor if, at the sponsor’s request, we need to hire larger rooms.

INDUSTRY BREAKFAST MEETINGS
€25,000

These meetings are intended to provide the industry with opportunities to organise smaller meetings with conference delegates on clinically relevant and educational topics.

The breakfast meetings are for 45 minutes. Price includes the following:

  • Provision of a meeting room (various room sizes are currently available and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis)
  • Supply of basic technical equipment in the room
  • Meeting will be shown in the final conference programme
  • 3 roll up banners/3 posters being displayed (to be produced by the sponsors) on the day of the symposium (for Platinum Sponsors, these may be displayed the day before their symposium)

Provision of breakfast is not included within the sponsorship fee. Breakfast can be organised with the conference centre catering team. Details of how to do this will be provided nearer the time.

SPONSORSHIP OF CONFERENCE  PROGRAMME BOOKS
€35,000

  • Sponsor’s advertisement on the outside back cover and inside front cover
  • 2-pages of information of the sponsor’s choosing to be included in booklet
  • Company page breaks
  • Company logo to be incorporated into booklet design.

E-versions of the conference programme books are also being considered for this conference. Further details will be posted on the website in due course.

In discussion with the Conference Scientific Programme Committee, sponsors will be able to promote their products in accordance with the industry guidelines at the reception
